You’re very welcome! Thank you for taking a moment to share this for me. And I’ll be tossing in some bonus prizes: copies of books etc… so here’s to wishing you LUCK!!! (pun unintended but I’ll take it:)
Thanks so much! It’s been hard finding just the right artist. I think I like the covers for book two (before luck runs out), and the newest one, A Change of Luck– the best. This last artist has been spectacular to work with and he really captured what I wanted to convey:) I have one more, for the next book, already ready and waiting to go…which one is your favorite, and why?
Not enough books? That isn’t what most people complain about. Usually it’s too many books and not enough time:)
How old are your students? Maybe we can connect them with some authors in their age-range:)
thanks! As noted, I am especially happy with the newest cover. That artist was spectacular and so easy to work with. Which one is your favorite, anyway?
As for the series- I never know how to categorize the books. Character-driven epic fantasy, isn’t really a niche:) Maybe it should be:) I think I am doing a lot of what george martin does.. regarding multiple POV’s only in this series, at least up to book 5, a book is a single POV, and it does change a few times, starting with Kirrin in the first books, and then Jedda (kirrin needs to be rewritten in book3– long story, but that book was written long before the Kirrin books, so the guy has almost no role or character there:)… And then the new book, A Change of Luck, is Diya’s story… So you could jump in with almost any book and it would make sense;)
